In April 2019 a Theological-and Psychological report was carried out on The Ecumenical Order of Christ and it’s cult leader Raymond Lear known as Lord RayEl / Ra-el addressing the following questions:-

1)
Could a reasonable person believe Mr. Lear’s claims?
2)
If not, do Mr. Lear and his followers pose a threat to themselves or others?
3)
Under what circumstances, if any, should the Ministry of Interior lift its ban on Mr. Lear’s group from entering Israel.
This report was carried out by D Weiss, the following is a copy in English.

Conclusion

It is the belief of Mr Weiss Mr. Lear and his group are a danger to themselves and to others. I concur with the appellate court’s observation that Mr. Lear uses “fairly sophisticated” ruses to manipulate gullible people to do his bidding without questioning him. It is important to emphasize that he has surrounded himself with former soldiers, an NFL draftee, etc. He himself has had many years experience in a vigilante group in Chicago; and himself was convicted of a violent crime. If there is paramilitary training in Mr. Lear’s compound, then their militant threats could be a literal intent to overpower trained combat soldiers and kill them. Certainly, law enforcement in Gary, Indiana warns the public not to try approaching Mr. Lear as they consider him to be violent and dangerous. One must keep in mind that Mr. Lear himself pled guilty in court and now claims he was innocent. He either lied in court about his guilt or is lying now about his innocence. No rational person would follow such a false messiah.
Mr. Lear and his followers need immediate psychiatric treatment. The Ministry of Interior should leave the ban on the group’s return in place until such time as a psychiatrist approved by the Ministry of Health will testify to an Israeli court that Mr. Lear and his followers have been properly treated and cured of their psychiatric ailments. In the mean time, I recommend that anyone found to be affiliated with Mr. Lear who attempts to cross an Israeli border be immediately deported. If Mr. Lear had integrity, he would turn himself over to the authorities. Once he starts taking responsibility for his actions, a psychiatrist can be effective in helping him as well as his followers.
